Employees
Every employee is required to register their vehicle with AU Health Parking Services through the parking portal or on the parking app.
Employees should never park in patient/guest parking, under any circumstance, unless the employee is here as a patient. In that case, the employee will need to notify AU Health Parking Services through the website or parking app of the medical appointment. View Parking Portal Guide
If an employee fails to register their vehicle or are parking in a patient/guest parking spot without authorization, they will receive a citation. Citations may be appealed (with justification) through AU Health Parking Services.
