About Larisa Gavrilova-Jordan, MD
Dr. Gavrilova-Jordan is an exceptional physician with a broad range of clinical skills and interests. She is a director of the In-Vitro Fertilization Service and leads the Fertility Preservation program at Augusta University. Dr. Gavrilova-Jordan received her medical degree with Distinction in Southern Russia. She performed her residency in Obstetrics in Gynecology at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, M.N., and later completed a Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, N.C. Dr. Gavrilova-Jordan has received numerous honors, awards, and scholarships, and has published number of research papers.

Dr. Jordan and staff are fantastic. They helped me bring my first baby into the world and we are planning on the second. I live xxx hours away and they are helping me get the most information when I come and organizing with doctors at home. xxx, the IVF coordinator, always answers my questions quickly and is very organized. xxx is such a bright light in a place that is not always the most comfortable, just by nature of why you are there. Dr. Jordan is very thoughtful and her warmth always shines through. Infertility is hard no matter the circumstances. You want a provider like her to get you through it and bring you the most precious gift into the world.

Dr. Jordan is patient and absolutely wonderful with explaining everything in detail. Her fellow working with her on the day of our initial appt on xxx was fantastic. Both gave great attention to detail to my medical history and my medical issues. We never felt judged or confused. She was direct and to the point. Most of all she was kind and understanding.
