Krystal Oestreich, DNP, CPNP-PC

Krystal Oestreich, PNP-PC is a certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science from Georgia College and State University in 2011, then received her Masters of Science, Nursing from Augusta University in 2013. She began her nursing career at the Children's Hospital of Georgia in the pediatric emergency department and later transferred to the neonatal intensive care unit. After earning her Doctorate in Nursing Practice - Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in 2018 she began working as a Nurse Practitioner in Pediatric Otolaryngology at the Children’s Hospital of Georgia. She also serves as a team coordinator for CHOG's ACPA accredited cleft and craniofacial team. Her special interest in caring for patients with cleft and craniofacial syndromes was inspired by her oldest son, Reid, who was born with a bilateral cleft lip and has had 4 surgical procedures at the Children's Hospital of Georgia. She uses her experience as a mother and a provider to provide high quality care for her patients. She strives to build trusting relationships with patients and their families, and encourages caregivers to become advocates and actively participate in the medical decision making process. Krystal resides in North Augusta, South Carolina with her husband, two children, and two rescue dogs.
