Overall, my visits are always great 10/10. However, waiting for a referral takes too long. The office should be able to do that quickly. Waiting a week and a half is crazy.

I truly love Dr. Herbert. She is the best PCP I have ever had. There isn't enough space in this survey to explain why I feel she is the best. I recommend her to everyone. She is so thorough and actually cares. If I tell her about a problem I have outside of medicine, she will ask about it during my next visit. She doesn't berate you when you don't meet a goal, but still does her due diligence as your medical professional and informs you of the pros and cons. She is encouraging and supportive.
