Prior to joining Wellstar MCG Health, Dr. Mills was the Director of the Structural Heart Program as a Structural and Interventional Cardiologist at Aiken Regional Medical Center in Aiken, South Carolina. Dr. Mills diagnoses and treats a broad range of heart disease. In her role as a Structural and Interventional Cardiologist, she specializes in cardiac catheterization procedures. Dr. Mills completed her Structural/Congenital Heart Disease Fellowship at the esteemed Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, New Jersey. She completed her Interventional Cardiology Fellowship and Cardiovascular Disease Fellowships at the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington, Vermont. She is originally from New Jersey where she completed her medical degree at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. Dr. Mills and her husband, reside in Aiken, South Carolina, with their young daughter.
