I worked in healthcare for xxx years- I cannot say enough about the excellent, informative, professional care I received- the absolute best. Their knowledge , communication skills and explanations ( although not what I would have wanted) were clear, concise and they genuinely listened. I felt very reassured that I was getting the best care for my situation and am able to face it with more optimism knowing the exact facts and options.

Dr. Rungrurang is a dedicated doctor. She has always made me feel like I mattered, and that she genuinely wanted to make my time of treatment as easy for me as possible. She discussed everything with me, gave me time to ask questions, and she took the time to answer them. She is very compassionate, and caring. I cannot praise her enough!!!!

I will take this doctor any day of the week. On my worst day she will cheer me up making me feel comfortable. Although busy one can tell that the care is genuine .

As stated previously, I waited for almost 2 hours and never saw the Dr. Rungruang. There was absolutely no explanation as to why I was left waiting and/or when I might expect her to see me. This is the second year this has happened to me with this particular doctor. I have been to see three other doctors at the AU Cancer Center, and they have all been excellent, caring, and answered all my questions. While I may have had to wait for a short time for them to come in to the exam room, I never felt abandoned like I have been with Dr. Rangruang.
