About Bianca Forte, WHNP

Bianca Forte is a women’s health nurse practitioner who specializes in pediatric and adolescent gynecology. She predominantly serves pediatric and adolescent patients (infants to age 24 years old) within the department of obstetrics and gynecology; however, she also provides obstetric and gynecologic care for South Carolina and Georgia residents. Bianca attended graduate school at Emory University where she obtained her Master’s of Science in Nursing and membership in Sigma Theta Tau. Prior to her graduate studies, she completed her Bachelor’s of Science at Furman University and Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing at Anderson University. She started her nursing career as an emergency room nurse in Durham, NC with Duke University Health System. It is through her engagement in the emergency department, faith based medical mission trips, and focused research where she developed her passion for caring for women and children. Additionally, Bianca is a trained sexual assault nurse examiner, engages in community outreach programs that aim to support women’s health and wellness, publishes in the Women’s Healthcare Journal, and educates as a Girlologist through a parent-daughter puberty education program. Outside of the office she enjoys playing with her dogs Mowgli and Jeter, going to lake Murray, spending time with friends and family, and traveling.
