Our team of experienced skull base surgeons, includes an otolaryngologist, neurosurgeons and other surgical specialists who work together to deliver leading-edge multidisciplinary care and surgery for skull base tumors and disorders.

Augusta University Health’s Skull Base Surgery Center is the only one of its kind in the Augusta, Georgia, area and the first in Georgia to offer complete endoscopic endonasal skull base surgery, a technology that has revolutionized the management of many types of skull base tumors and lets surgeons remove tumors that were once inoperable.

Augusta University Skull Base Center offers a range of surgical options, including:

  • Minimally invasive endoscopic endonasal surgeries
  • Traditional open skull base surgeries for patients who are not candidates for minimally invasive options
