I like Dr. Joyce Gonzales. She's great. I do not like trying to get in touch with her or anybodyelse at AU. People who answer the phones send you on wild goose chases and often I get disconnected after having waited for almost an hour. It's the worst experience I've ever had anywhere with getting in touch. Sometimes "the runaround seems intentional, for no reason.
