I will take this doctor any day of the week. On my worst day she will cheer me up making me feel comfortable. Although busy one can tell that the care is genuine .

As stated previously, I waited for almost 2 hours and never saw the Dr. Rungruang. There was absolutely no explanation as to why I was left waiting and/or when I might expect her to see me. This is the second year this has happened to me with this particular doctor. I have been to see three other doctors at the AU Cancer Center, and they have all been excellent, caring, and answered all my questions. While I may have had to wait for a short time for them to come in to the exam room, I never felt abandoned like I have been with Dr. Rangruang.

DR. Rungraung is vey thorough in explaining test results, and treatment plans, options. She calls after reviews of the tests & explains everything in detail to both myself & my husband. She is always very positive & uplifting.
