Project Description

New 100-bed Hospital

Sustainable Approach

This project will focus on a sustainable approach that emphasizes practical stewardship of the environment through a thoughtful consideration of design and construction activities that will return value to the Owner and surrounding community.

Project Delivery Method

The delivery method for this Project will be Construction Manager at Risk (“CM”). The CM (Turner Construction Company) and Architect (SmithGroup) have been engaged for preconstruction and design services by way of a qualifications based selection process.

Project Schedule

The project schedule is fast-tracked with multiple, phased GMPs for early site development and procurement. Construction (site work) is anticipated to start in 2023 with the Hospital and MOB construction proceeding on independent schedules.
